I hope you all had a lovely Christmas & are keeping warm and safe from the snow!
I have never completed a blog before, so this will be short and sweet.
So, I have been working hard over the past few months with the help and support of so many of you, to obtain my Personal Training Level 3 certificate and I am glad to announce that I have obtained it.
This has been a huge milestone for me, and I couldn't have done it without the incredible support around me. A huge thanks needs to go to Cattle Strength for the guidance, encouragement and for giving me the space to learn and grow.

A Deeper Understanding of Your Body
Level 3 PT goes far beyong basic exercise instruction. It means I am trained to understand how the body works as a whole- muscles, joints, movement patterns, posture and energy systems. This allows me to:
Design programmes that suit your body, not a one-size-fits-all plan
Adapt exercises around injuries, limitations, menopause, or returning to exercise
Progress you safely and effectively over time
