I hope you all had a lovely Christmas & are keeping warm and safe from the snow!


I have never completed a blog before, so this will be short and sweet.


So, I have been working hard over the past few months with the help and support of so many of you, to obtain my Personal Training Level 3 certificate and I am glad to announce that I have obtained it.


This has been a huge milestone for me, and I couldn't have done it without the incredible support around me. A huge thanks needs to go to Cattle Strength for the guidance, encouragement and for giving me the space to learn and grow.


What does this mean for you as a client?


In short: safer sessions, better results and coaching that is tailored specifically for you.


A Deeper Understanding of Your Body


Level 3 PT goes far beyong basic exercise instruction. It means I am trained to understand how the body works as a whole- muscles, joints, movement patterns, posture and energy systems. This allows me to:


  • Design programmes that suit your body, not a one-size-fits-all plan

  • Adapt exercises around injuries, limitations, menopause, or returning to exercise

  • Progress you safely and effectively over time


Personalised Programming - Not Random Workouts


Every session you do with me is planned with intention. Your goals, lifestyle, experience level and feedback all shape your programme. Whether your focus is:


  • Strength

  • Core stability

  • Fat loss

  • Confidence in movement

  • Pilates-based control and posture


Coaching, Not Just Counting Reps


Being a PT isn't just about exercises - it's about support, motivation and education. Level 3 training focuses on:


  • Helping you understand your own progress

  • Encouraging consistency

  • Giving you the tools to move well outside of sessions too


Combined with Pilates = A Strong Foundation


With my background in Pilates alongside L3 PT, your session blend:


  • Strength and resistance training

  • Core control and stability

  • Mobility, posture and movement quality


This combination is ideal for long-term progress, injury prevention and feeling strong in everyday life.


1-2-1 or 2-2-1 Sessions
