And no, I am not a poet.
In April, 10 lovely ladies and I will be embarking on Pulse & Flex's first weekend retreat. We will be venturing to the beautiful Marakeesh, Morocco! Imagine a serene environment where you can unwind, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself. This retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and fitness, allowing you to escape the chaos and focus on your well-being.
We will be arriving on the Friday where we will have time to settle in and get to know each other with circle time and some beautiful Moroccan food dished up by a personal chef who will be staying for the weekend. Ending the day with a recovery Pilates session to stretch out and mobilise the body.
On Saturday, we will be enjoying some free time after a sunrise Pilates session. Then in the afternoon we will get dolled up to venture into the desert to enjoy a sunset ride on the camels and enjoy a fire show!
Sunday will be about enjoying the hustle and bustle of the Marakeesh market and enjoying the sights before our return to the norm on Monday.
